Besides the normal "casserole", you can freeze soups, refried beans, cooked meat, chopped onions, cheese, and sauces. If you bread any chicken, like my parmesan chicken, just freeze it on a cookie sheet, then put it in a ziploc bag. As with any of the meals, put them in your fridge the day before you want to make it, and it will have defrosted enough for you to bake/cook it. You can even make desserts, rolls, etc. If my recipe can be frozen, I've usually put the instructions with it, on the post.
